James Higgins

President/Founder

James has more than 15 years experience in electronic publishing and has managed electronic publishing teams at several major Silicon Valley companies, including Kensington Technology Group and Ross Systems. As the former general manager of Techdoc, which was one of Silicon Valley's first desktop publishing companies, he was instrumental in transitioning Techdoc from desktop publishing to the Worldwide Web at time when the Web was still in its infancy.

Tony Montagnino

Creative Director/Project Manager

Tony has over 15 years experience in electronic publishing and is also a former alumnus of Techdoc where he was Creative Director and a project manager. After Techdoc, he was Web Services Manager for Kensington Technology Group and then Web Development Manager for Juniper Networks. Prior to Techdoc, Tony taught graphic design and production classes at Master's Institute.

Shakti Higgins

Sales Director

Before joining Higgins+Associates, Shakti was involved in sales for both the hospitality and insurance industries and is a former president of the Sacramento chapter of National Association of Professional Saleswomen.

Todd Patterson

IT Manager/System Administrator

Todd is a certified Cisco network administrator (CCNA) and most recently worked for EDS.

Windy Myers

Office Manager/Accountant

Prior to Higgins+Associates, Windy managed accounting operations for construction companies and casinos in Reno, Nevada.
